I was incredibly frustrated with the lack of staff during my stay. It seems they expect guests to fend for themselves, which is unacceptable for a so-called boutique hotel. Issues with my room went unresolved, and I had to deal with noise from adjacent rooms that made sleeping nearly impossible.

The brunch was amazing! 🍳 The location is super convenient with great restaurants close by. the walls are kinda thin, which made for some noisy nights.

Chic room, stylish amenities, I really appreciated the excellent hot air heating system that was quite effective and the Bluetooth sound system that allowed me to enjoy music during my stay, along with the convenient location just 1.5 km from the main transport hub, making exploration easy.

We had a fantastic stay at the Montision. From check-in, Toni welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect, just five minutes from the cathedral in the old town. Our standard room was modern and beautifully decorated, featuring a huge bathroom with an amazing shower. The terrace, while not sunny, added a nice touch for relaxation. Each morning, the breakfast was excellent, particularly the omelettes prepared by the helpful and friendly staff.

The modern decor and cleanliness of the facilities enhanced the experience considerably. the staff often seemed overwhelmed during busy periods, leading to longer wait times for assistance, and some areas lacked sufficient seating, especially during peak hours.
